Thanks for this. The outcome of the match was so annoying. Arsenal were robbed. The referee booked both Saka and Gabriel for complaining that they were being fouled. Can you imagine?
Best League, best players, best coaches, worst officials and terrible VAR

I totally agree. That referee was not good. He was demoted before and they shouldn't have reinstated him. VAR people are terrible. Highly inconsistent.
Controversial decisions like that of Harry Kane and Robertson characterise the Premier League and it's quite shameful that they act like this. I was a strong proponent for VAR in every League except the EPL, because I knew that EPL officials will only use it to buttress their shambolic performance
They are using it so well for their personal agenda. It's sad.
Sad bruv
VAR should be of help but no... It's the inconsistency for me. Different rules for different opponents.
Preferential treatment goes to Manchester City.
Obviously, they want them to win this season.
It's an agenda.. It always is with the EPL
Very annoying. You need to hear what some ex referees are saying...how they were told to look away on some issues.
That's so true. Referees say there are certain profile of players that they give benefit of the doubt and others than they expect the worst from. Once a player like Xhaka or Fred or bissouma makes a challenge, red card comes out but if it's their darling Harry Kane or KDB or Sterling, no card at all. It's sickening
You nailed it spot on. Absolutely true.
