Hey Bruce! No, I haven't tried Yoga, but now you got me intrigued. I will try it, for sure.
I know that quality stretching after workouts help with muscle soreness, so Yoga should be a perfect fit.

I watch a channel on YouTube called Man Flow Yoga that has some excellent videos. No worries dude.
