27,530 steps to a better day – a solitary walk that gave me strength!
This morning, I started with a solid strength workout that gave me energy for the whole day. After a quick walk and taking care of household chores – because unfortunately, the laundry won’t magically jump into the wardrobe on its own – I prepared lunch for the family. After a short rest, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a long, relaxing walk.
In total, I hit 27,530 steps – a result that speaks for itself! The weather, though chilly, was perfect for walking – sunny and windless, making it ideal for a longer route. This time, I walked along the Odra river boulevards, stopped by the zoo, where I saw some beautiful animals, and then returned through Niskie Łąki.
Today, I walked alone because my husband and kids are unfortunately sick, but this solo trip had its charm. Three hours just for myself – a wonderful time to breathe, reflect, and admire the surroundings. Even without company, I fully enjoyed the moment and gathered a solid dose of endorphins!

Dziś poranek zaczęłam od solidnego treningu siłowego, który dodał mi energii na cały dzień. Po szybkim spacerze i załatwieniu domowych obowiązków – bo niestety pranie nie zamierza samo magicznie wskoczyć do szafy – przygotowałam obiad dla rodzinki. Po chwili odpoczynku postanowiłam wykorzystać piękną pogodę i zrobić sobie długi, relaksujący spacer.
Łącznie na liczniku wybiło 27 530 kroków – wynik, który mówi sam za siebie! Pogoda, choć chłodna, sprzyjała spacerowi – było słonecznie i bezwietrznie, więc idealnie na dłuższą trasę. Tym razem wybrałam się bulwarami nadodrzańskimi, zahaczyłam o zoo, gdzie spotkałam parę pięknych zwierząt, a potem wróciłam przez Niskie Łąki.
Dzisiaj spacerowałam sama, bo mąż i dzieciaki niestety się rozchorowali, ale taka samotna wędrówka miała swój urok. Trzy godziny tylko dla siebie – cudownie spędzony czas na oddech, przemyślenia i podziwianie otoczenia. Mimo braku towarzystwa w pełni nacieszyłam się chwilą i zebrałam solidną dawkę endorfin!
