¡Un cordial saludo a todas las personas dentro del ecosistema Hive, especialmente a los miembros de actifit y a mis compañeros en swc! Espero que todos estén disfrutando de un día maravilloso.

En el día de hoy me levanté bastante temprano para poder ir a realizar unas diligencias que tenía pendientes por hacer, para luego llegar a mi casa y tomarme un café mientras editaba un video que próximamente subiré; todas las personas que quieran verlo, estén atentas.

Luego de eso, me dirijo hasta los bloques para poder entrenar junto con mi hermana con una rutina bastante intensa en la cual realicé 10 series de combos dinámicos en conjunto de plancha y front level, cosa que me costó bastante al principio, pero igualmente mi cuerpo lo fue asimilando, logrando así un buen entrenamiento. Luego, al concluir, decidí realizar alguno que otro intento de balance realizando pino one arm y un intento de full que, siendo sincero, me ha impresionado mucho la velocidad tan rápida en la que he avanzado en este movimiento que es la full planche.

Para finalizar, realicé algunos saltos de cuerda durante 30 minutos para poder concluir así con el entreno mañanero que había propuesto hacer con mi hermana. Luego, apenas llegar a la casa, me fui directamente hasta donde mi novia para poder ir hasta el centro de nuestro pueblo a comprar algunas cosas que tenemos que llevar para el día de mañana a gastronomía y decidí hacerlo apenas terminara para poder tener la tarde libre, ya que quería ir a caminar un poco.

Después de almorzar y luego de haber realizado todos los mandados que tenía pendientes por hacer en la mañana, fui directo hasta los bloques nuevamente para encontrarme junto con mi tío, el cual me propuso hacer una ruta de 3 horas caminando por una montaña. Yo claramente acepté, ya que tenía ganas de quemar bastantes calorías ese día y me sentía bastante bien queriendo caminar un poco.

Así que, sin quemar mucho más tiempo, nos dirigimos directo hasta la San Juana, lugar donde encontraríamos el camino por el que nos íbamos a meter, en el cual, después de un rato subiendo, aproximadamente una hora, se podía ver la vista de todo el pueblo de San Juan de Colón, que la verdad se veía bastante hermoso, y nunca lo había visto desde esa perspectiva, quedando atónito ante lo hermoso que puede ser desde esa altitud. Pero no nos distraímos mucho, ya que teníamos que seguir subiendo; cosa que, después, mientras seguíamos caminando, encontramos algún que otro becerro, a los cuales les tomé alguna foto que, si bien estaban algo lejos, creo que se llega a apreciar un poco en dónde estaban.

Ya llevamos aproximadamente dos horas caminando y, en medio del camino, encontramos un pasito de piedras, el cual me parecía bastante bonito. Era como ver una escalera, pero con algunas piedras para poder subir, y al final de la subida encontramos un paso que era como si estuviera tapando la quebrada por la que estábamos pasando, cosa que me pareció muy curiosa, ya que, si no estaba este paso, no hubiéramos podido pasar hasta el otro lado.

Después de 3 horas y 25 minutos caminando, me fui directamente hasta mi casa, despidiéndome de mi tío, claramente, para poder tomar una ducha y descansar del largo día que había sido para mí, donde no solamente tuve un entrenamiento en la mañana, también tuve una caminata de 3 horas y un poco más que me había dejado totalmente exhausto.

Today I got up pretty early to run some errands, then went home and had a coffee while I edited a video that I'll upload soon; everyone who wants to watch it, stay tuned.

After that, I headed to the gym to train with my sister with a pretty intense routine in which I did 10 sets of dynamic combos of planch and front level, which was quite difficult at first, but my body got used to it, and I got a good workout. Then, when I finished, I decided to try a few balance moves by doing a one-arm handstand and a full planch attempt, which, to be honest, really impressed me with how quickly I've progressed in the full planche movement.

Finally, I did some jump rope for 30 minutes to finish the morning workout I'd suggested doing with my sister. Then, as soon as I got home, I went straight to my girlfriend's so I could go to the center of our town to buy some things that we have to take to the gastronomy store tomorrow and I decided to do it as soon as I finished so I could have the afternoon free, since I wanted to go for a walk.

After lunch and after having done all the errands I had pending to do in the morning, I went straight to the blocks again to meet up with my uncle, who suggested we take a 3-hour walk up a mountain. I clearly accepted, since I wanted to burn a lot of calories that day and I felt pretty good about wanting to walk a little.

So, without burning much more time, we headed straight to San Juana, the place where we would find the path we were going to take, in which, after a while climbing, approximately an hour, you could see the view of the entire town of San Juan de Colón, which really looked quite beautiful, and I had never seen it from that perspective, being astonished at how beautiful it can be from that altitude. But we didn't get distracted too much, since we had to keep climbing; something that, later, as we continued walking, we found some other calves, of which I took some photos that, although they were somewhat far away, I think you can appreciate a little where they were.

We had been walking for approximately two hours and, in the middle of the path, we found a small stone walkway, which seemed quite pretty to me. It was like seeing a staircase, but with some stones to be able to climb, and at the end of the climb we found a passage that was as if it was covering the ravine through which we were passing, something that I found very curious, since, if this passage was not there, we would not have been able to get to the other side.

After 3 hours and 25 minutes walking, I went directly to my house, saying goodbye to my uncle, clearly, to be able to take a shower and rest from the long day that it had been for me, where not only did I have a training session in the morning, I also had a 3 hour walk and a little more that had left me totally exhausted.
