new.things just finished a 5.17km run, that lasted for 39 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 349.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy run, walked a few of the bigger hills trying not to over do things. Interesting purplish skyline as the big moon disappeared and the sun started to rise

do you do these runs before eating? I'm curious because I try them every now and then and my performance doesn't seem to really change with or without eaten fuel that morning.

For me it depends where my fitness level is at and how hard and long I go. An easy 5km no food just a glass of water with some L=glutamine in it.
