@new.things just finished a 5.59km run, that lasted for 44 minutes.

Description from Strava: @running Strava2hive intervals 6x400m on Hive Hill with 15 metres of elevation gain. I took them a little easy being the first time but was still working hard. Overall, I felt better than I was expecting. Hopefully, this will help my parkrun time on the harder courses. It is a good time to stack a bit of crypto away with the share market down.
