@new.things just finished a 5.27km run, that lasted for 39 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 387.0 calories.


Description from Strava: @running Strava2hive intervals 6x400m with 200 recovery, they are fetting a little better even in the drissly rain this morning. 40km total running last week, mostly slow zone 2. A nice power up for yesterday first day of the month and some solid social media earning on hive over the past 7 days.

Looking strong. I seem to end up running more zone 3 than 2. Maybe I need to force myself to ease off a bit. I will do more intervals though.

For me the zone 2 is important since I like to run everyday. I don't think there is anything wrong with zone 3 as long as you recover in-between and are fresh for your intervals.
