Description from Strava: Strava2hive sunrise and low tide at the point on my longer run with some walking. Warmed up for 3 kilometres, then did 6:30 pace for 5 kilometres before taking it easy on the way back.

You didn't stop to walk at all during the two hours? That's something I don't think I could do. On a bicycle for sure though.

I walked quite a few hills, probably could have pushed through with a very slow jog but at my age, I don't mind adding a bit of walking in. !PIZZA

Indeed... that and being held accountable for something that is not under my control and money spent on something I specifically recommended that money must not be spent on... anyway... I think they are just venting.
