Morning Run and my past week
new.things just finished a 8.54km run, that lasted for 79 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 460.0 calories.

I was able to run every day last week and ended with a good total. Most of the runs were very easy except a few faster run throughs on Wednesday and my fastest parkrun in a while at 23.29. My Sunday longer 21km run/walk definitely helped with the total kilometres.

I seem to lose all my cadence when I do my recovery between efforts, maybe that's something I need to work on.
