Hola a todos mi comunidad @hive, bendiciones y que estés teniendo buen día, continuamos con los ejercicios de preparación para entrar hacer surf, cada día realizamos rutinas de extensión y agilidad, al momento de practicar yo los realizo lento junto con una respiración profunda y constante, así puedo ayudarme a tener estabilidad al momento de ir en la ola. Los ejercicios nos ayudan a liberar estrés, y cuando se tornan mas dinámicos se hacen divertidos de hacerlo, así que vamos a seguir cuidando de nuestro cuerpo y músculos, manteniendo la mente centrada y relajada, a disfrutar mi familia @fulldeportes.

Realizamos 3 series de 10 repeticiones.

We do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Ejercicio 1.

Exercise 1.

Nos echamos en el piso boca abajo manteniendo el tórax mirando al frente, un brazo adelante y otro atrás, las piernas extendidas y desprendidas de la arena, comenzamos haciendo una simulación d nadar con los brazos (10 veces) luego fijamos los brazos y piernas al piso y adoptamos la pose de planchas, el siguiente movimiento es girar la cadera y deslizar hacia el lado de afuera y al frente una pierna, la pierna extendida empieza a flexionarse por en medio de los brazos al frente, y retrocedemos en el ejercicio hasta quedar en la posición inicial.

We lie face down on the floor keeping our chest facing forward, one arm forward and one behind, legs extended and detached from the sand, we begin by doing a simulation of swimming with our arms (10 times) then we fix our arms and legs to the floor and we adopt the plank pose, the next movement is to rotate the hip and slide one leg to the outside and to the front, the extended leg begins to flex through the middle of the arms in front, and we go back in the exercise until we are in the starting position.

Ejercicio 2.

Exercise 2.

Nos colocamos sentados en la arena, piernas al frente flexionadas y fijas al piso, los brazos semi abiertos a los lados, comenzamos estirando una pierna al frente y elevada, seguido doblamos las piernas una al frente y otra por detrás de la espalda, quedando flexionadas las rodillas, luego regresamos a la posición inicial para realizar el movimiento al otro lado.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
