mimismartypants just finished a 5.06km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.

Description from Strava: Went for a quick run this morning post school dropp off. Pushed intervals again as it seems to exalsrating my training. Will keep pushing this and mixing it up with full steady pace runs in between. 5kms clocked and apparently my second best 5km according to Strava. Yay me!

Thanks Steeve, im enjoying the interval as it allows me to push harder. I also find it's better for slimming down than steady-state cardio. Since dropping some pounds is part of my fitness goals I'm gonna push harder here!

Intervals are definitely good for fitness. Losing a little weight can help with running too. I hope you can achieve your goals.
