Are you using an app for your indoor rides? i mean Rouvy, Swift, etc?

You welcome. Nope I looked into it a while back but I have a 10 year old stationery spinning bike. So you can't really connect anything to it. Solid wheel. Most of the apps would need an indoor trainer. So I'm just doing my thing as is. !PIZZA

I'm actually going to look into this materie myself, because this winter i don't want to loose all the #cycling... !INDEED
The last years I stopped cycling in October and till spring /summer I haven't started. For the duatlons in Spring and even Triatlons in the beginning of the summer that was not a great idea, I found out... !LOL

Yeah winter messes things up so its a needs must to find an alternative. We just gotta do whats best for us and our schedules.
