Yoga, Walking and Rain Again! - My Actifit Report Card: September 12, 2023

It rained again this afternoon. It was so timely with my schedule for picking up our eldest daughter at school. I was in a hurry to reach the school campus before the rain poured. It started to rain on my way. When I reached there, the rain just poured so hard. I did not get wet anyway. I had my umbrella with me. ☺️

I also had my yoga class. I've not been practicing for 2 weeks. I have to adjust with the schedules since another school year has started. I joined the virtual class with my Sister as my teacher. It was a sweaty one.

To be honest, I am sure I'm going to have body aches tomorrow. 😂 But it's okay. I am just glad I did not let my laziness strike again. 😁
