My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2024
Today I had a great day! I woke up to see my kid off to school, and then I went to Physical Therapy. I worked hard for about an hour at Physical Therapy and then I was off to do a light workout at the gym. I think I might overdone it. Lol but anyways, I was happy with the day and I am eating a lot cleaner these days. I hope it lasts.
