Caminata y entreno de fuerza - My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2024

La caminata como siempre ha sido de aprovechar los mandados que tocan hacer en día. Solo que esta vez ha sido por buscar desde temprano insumos y demás cosas previendo lo que pueda pasar con el huracán que esta por llegar.

El entreno como dije, fue de fuerza. Planchas o lagartijas, como les llames en varias de sus versiones con algunos ejercicios de hombros.

Tengo que cambiar el horario en el que hago ejercicios como mismo cambio el horario en el país. Estoy terminando el entreno casi de noche, así que toca empezar una hora antes ahora.
