Entreno y caminata - My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

Pues hoy tocaron ambas cosas. Caminata para llegar a mas de 5,000 pasos y ejercicios para el cuerpo.

Aproveche unos papeles que debía buscar y me fui caminando hasta el lugar. Solo para virar y que mi entrenador me dijera que hoy tocaba entrenar. Abro Spotify y subo a la azotea a hacer los ejercicios de hoy que básicamente fueron planchas pero de distintas formas y uno extra que ya había hecho pero que odio por lo difícil que es.

Algún día les hare algún video mostrándoles pero para eso vamos a dejar que hagan efecto los ejercicios. Y mejor peinado seguro 😂
