Estos fueron los ejercicios que realicé esa mañana mientras entrenaba en el Parque, como verán hay ejercicios de empuje y algunos de resistencia, se que paso a paso iré adquiriendo cada vez más mayor capacidad a la hora de ejecutar mayor cantidad de repeticiones por ejercicios.
El parque está ubicado a las afueras de mi barrio exactamente a unos 500 metros en los alrededores de la Av. Mérida, dicho espacio funge como un lugar para el esparcimiento y el entrenamiento diario para los habitantes cercanos. Antes solía mucho entrenar ahí en ese porque puesto que es un lugar que surgió de un proyecto que impulsé hace algunos años atrás con mi antiguo y primer proyecto “Clan-Distenia”.
Luego de entrenar, nos sentamos un rato debajo de un árbol de mamón para descansar, luego de conversar sobre diversos temas procedimos desplazarnos en nuestras bicicletas hasta la Plaza “El Ancla”, ahí duramos un par de minutos y luego el inclemente sol nos obligó a devolvernos hacia nuestro hogar.
Hasta aquí llega el reporte del día de hoy, en compañía de mi buen amigo @manuel-sw, espero haya sido de su agrado, es un placer para mi compartir con todos ustedes mis entrenamientos, experiencias cotidianas y momentos especiales.

These were the exercises I did that morning while training in the Park, as you can see there are push ups and some resistance exercises, I know that step by step I will be acquiring more and more ability to perform more repetitions per exercise.
The park is located on the outskirts of my neighborhood exactly 500 meters from Merida Avenue, this space serves as a place for recreation and daily training for nearby residents. I used to train there a lot because it is a place that came from a project that I promoted some years ago with my old and first project "Clan-Distenia".
After training, we sat for a while under a mamon tree to rest, after talking about various topics we proceeded to move on our bikes to the Plaza "El Ancla", there we lasted a couple of minutes and then the inclement sun forced us to return to our home.
So far today's report, in the company of my good friend @manuel-sw, I hope you enjoyed it, it is a pleasure for me to share with you all my training, daily experiences and special moments.
