With only one more match day to go, it's almost clear who will end up in the Top 8 - only two question marks there (see analysis in a comment).
@new.things, unbeaten so for, scored his lowest on Saturday, while @merthin achieved his highest score this season. That meant a surprising victory of the latter, who is now the only player with 6 wins.

As a remainder, the top 8 players after 7 match days will advance directly to the Round of 16. Players in places 9 thru 24 will play an additional Knock-out round.

Let's have a look at the Top 8:
@merthin, @new.things, @benbow2017, @manuvert, @actifit-godfish and @fredkese are secure in the Top 8 (the latter will get 3 points for W/O vs @timehacker in the last match). @bucipuci and @racibo need a win or even a draw would do.
Any of the highlighted players can end up in the 1st place, except @actifit-godfish, whose total score is too low for that.
The playoffs brackets are set up in such a way that the top 4 players after the league stage, can meet only in the semifinals.

At the bottom of the table, only @timehacker has been eliminated (non-active player).
@browery and @silvertop have the total score high enough to be safe. @cryptospa, @stefannikolov, @mushanov, @elizabethbit, @jjprac, @atongis and @marianomariano will battle to end the season above place 25 - which promotes players into the Knock-out round. No direct matches within the mentioned group - they will have to surprise higher ranked opponents.
