Hace algunas semanas estoy colaborando con nuestro amigo Erick en una importante misión de hacer crecer el compromiso dentro de nuestra comunidad¨Team¨¨Alive¨. Sabemos que el compromiso es la clave del crecimiento de nuestra comunidad, y si la comunidad crece, crecemos todos; El compromiso es una responsabilidad de todos los miembros, y como ¨Engagement¨¨General¨ voy a premiar a todos los autores comprometidos.


A few weeks ago I have been collaborating with our friend Erick on an important mission of growing commitment within our "Team" "Live" community. We know that commitment is the key to the growth of our community, and if the community grows, we all grow; Commitment is a responsibility of all members, and as ¨Engagement¨¨¨General¨ I will reward all committed authors.

Really great work with the tribe engagement and making your work known and rewarding it, thanks a lot for what you do José.

Do make sure you use the token multipliers too, that way you can use your full token voting power without depleting your Hive voting power.

And I am sorry to hear that the number of dead is increasing so much, that is a very big number, and I hope it will get better soon.

Finally, we've replaced the function of engagement token with alive token in our tribe.
