주말에는 밖에 잘 나가지 않아서 만보를 채우기는 어렵다. 집안일 하느라 오가는 걸로 걸음수를 조금씩 채우는 것으로... 저녁에는 외식을 했고, 소화제 사러 다시 밖으로 나왔다. 눈에 띈 것은 11월에 핀 꽃들... 산책할 때 나름 누릴 수 있는 즐거움이다. 날이 추워져서 이번 가을에 볼 수 있는 마지막 꽃이 될지도 모른다. 겨울이 오고 있다. 운동은 어디서 해야 하나...
