Saludos amigos de actifit, mucho tiempo sin publicar por aquí, espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy, les compartiré mi día de ayer, fuimos al parque a entrenar, pero en este momento tengo mi codo derecho un poco lesionado y voy al parque últimamente a hacer algunos movimientos y estiramientos a mi codo, porque es un dolor muy molesto que tengo, luego regrese a mi casa y tome fotos del regreso, en la calle y a mí bicicleta mientras la iba manejando, luego me puse a estirar mi codo en la barra paralela e hice un front lever para ver cómo me sentía, me dolió un poco pero pude aguantarlo unos segundos, he estado inactivo pero ya regresaré con más contenido por aquí amigos, esto es todo por hoy, gracias por visitar mi blog, nos vemos en una próxima oportunidad!.
