Aquí les dejo mi rutina de pecho 👇🏻
Here is my chest 👇🏻 routine
Primero empezamos con 20 flexiones normales y descansamos 30 segundos
First we start with 20 normal push-ups and rest for 30 seconds
Seguimos con 20 flexiones abiertas y descansamos 30 segundos
Continue with 20 open push-ups and rest for 30 seconds
Luego vamos con las flexiones diamantes 20 flexiones y descansamos 1 minuto
Then we go with the diamond push-ups 20 push-ups and rest for 1 minute
Después nos vamos a ser fondos con peso 8 series de 12 a 15 repeticiones y descansamos 3 minutos entre series
Then we are going to be weighted dips for 8 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions and rest 3 minutes between sets
Eso sería todo, Un ejercicio fuerte lo recomiendo la verdad cualquier opinión que tengan déjenme lo saber en los comentarios

Sobre el día de hoy les cuento que fue muy activo estuve ocupado haciendo unas tareas y también ayudando a unos amigos que quieren entrenar también, La verdad estuve muy cansado hoy entrenando pero al final pude hacer todos los ejercicios y también practique algunos ejercicios para los estáticos, el miercoles probaré la rutina de hombros de mi amigo @atlashv96 les diré el miércoles como fue todo ✍🏻 eso es todo por hoy les deseo lo mejor a todos y sigan esforzandose ❤️🔥
