Weekend plans
Good day!
How are you?
It is Saturday, and I have a lot of plans because these are the last days of December!
I have many ongoing projects, but also I already plan next year too.
These days I spend a lot of time sitting down in front of the computer, so I have pain in my back.
So I try to do stretching more often. Also, I am checking special yoga.
Also, I started my squat challenge again. And I want to start doing plank again...
What about you?

I think I need to start doing mine again too because I stopped doing it because I was feeling reluctant.

My plan is to do at least 50 squats every day, but the goal is 100! :)
I've never done 100 I'd do fifty as well.
It always depends on my mood :) But yes, doing 100 is really hard
Yeah hundred is hard and can make my feet numb. 😁
