My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2023

A late start of the day. Weather was good today.

In the afternoon, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added 1500+ more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
