My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2023

A good day at work. Weather was nice today as the sun was out to play.

In the evening after work, I went to high street buy few groceries, milk and also do my actifit steps. Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added few more steps walking indoors.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
