My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2023

I did a few daily activities at home in the morning, chores like fetching water from the well and running errands.

I ran when I was coming home in the evening, because I was competing with a slow moving vehicle and it was a long distance of about 200m. I couldn't get to my destination before the vehicle because it was going my way. I developed interest in earning on actifit.io and also building up myself and to be able to live a healthy life.

I decided to do exercise by using the home workout app as a guide and also build my legs. After the home workout. I went outside to hug a long distance and jog back home even though it is dark already.
