The lion is accustomed to put his tongue out.when we will practice this yoga ,We need to get our tongue out. It is known as Lion yoga .

Process ...

Take our foot back and sit on the ankle like Bajrasana.Hold hands firmly on the knees with arms outstretched like a lion's finger.Exhale and breathe out of your mouth like a lion.Kneeling and keeping your hands on the ground. We will practice this yoga two to three minutes .

Benefits ...
This yoga increase eye power . And it helps us voice problem. It increases to keep strength our tongue . It helps us our spouse .It helps us to reduce our stomach's fat . It helps to keep simple our backbone . It increases us our all bodies spouse and nerves . In a word it removes us from many disease . It keeps to continue our breath . It removes us leg pain and head pain .
