We practice this yoga , that yoga protects us from many hazard and danger . For this reason. It is known as Sankatasana.

Process

We will set up our left leg on ground. Our left leg will cover by right leg. We will place the palm of my hand on my knees. We will practice oppositely again . We will practice two to three minutes .

Benefits. ..
It helps us to keep healthy . It keeps strength our stomach . It helps to damage our extra fat. It keeps our bady fit and beautiful . We can hard work .We able for hard working by this yoga .
When we will practice this yoga , our hand will increase strength . This yoga removes us our hand leg pain . It helps us nerve . It can comfortable for all work .It helps us our mind satifatustion . It increase our body growth . It helps us breath . It increase our meditation . It increase us our eye power to strength. It protects Bramasana for students . It removes our night false disease.
