This yoga helps us strength the ears and back. It is known as Karnapithasana .

Process ...
You have to lie down and cry.The legs should be brought forward.
The knees need to be folded and the ground aligned.The hands should be extended backwards, keeping the head between both knees. We will practice two minutes this yoga.

Benefits ...

It helps us to reduce our stomach's fat . It helps to keep simple our backbone . It increases us our all bodies spouse and nerves . In a word it removes us from many disease . It keeps to continue our breath . It removes us leg pain and head pain .
