Happy Friday dear community of full sports, today I want to share an intense full body, with combined movements well active to work the whole body, perform 5 exercises in 4 sets of 20 repetitions, some movements combine them with cardio for greater intensity and thus strengthen the resistance, I invite you to see the whole routine and I hope you like it.

Calentamiento/Heating
Acondicione mi cuerpo, con saltos coordinados 100 repeticiones una sola serie.
I conditioned my body, with coordinated jumps, 100 repetitions in one set.
Rutina./ Routine.
Primer movimiento, realice desplazamiento lateral cruzado, excelente ejercicio para activar el cuerpo en especial el tren inferior, lo realice en 4 series de 20 repetición.
First movement, perform cross lateral displacement, an excellent exercise to activate the body, especially the lower body, performed in 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

Segundo movimiento, realice estocada con toque de pies, ejercicio en el cual se requiere bastante equilibrio y coordinación, buenismo para trabajar los cuádriceps, lo realice en 4 series de 20 repetición.
Second movement, perform lunge with touch of feet, exercise which requires a lot of balance and coordination, good for working the quadriceps, perform it in 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

Tercer movimiento, realice un ejercicio parecido al anterior lo que lo diferencia que es más activo y dinámico ya que jugué con mis pies de manera rápida y termine con estocada y toque en el pie en el cual flexione, realice el mismo movimiento en la otra pierna en 4 series de 20 repetición.
Third movement, perform an exercise similar to the previous one, the difference is that it is more active and dynamic since I played with my feet in a fast way and finished with a lunge and touch on the foot in which I flexed, perform the same movement on the other leg in 4 series of 20 repetitions.

Cuarto movimiento, realice estiramiento lateral de piernas más plancha lateral, ejercicio enfocado en mi abdomen, lo realice en 4 series de 20 repetición.
Fourth movement, perform lateral leg stretches plus lateral plank, exercise focused on my abdomen, performed in 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

Quinto movimiento, realice salto de poder más sentadilla en cuadrupedia y desplazamiento cruzado, tres ejercicios buenismo para trabajar todo el cuerpo, lo realice en 4 series de 20 repetición.
Fifth movement, perform power jump plus quadruped squat and cross traverse, three good exercises to work the whole body, performed in 4 sets of 20 repetitions.
