Feliz sábado comunidad de full deportes, hoy quiero compartir ultima rutina de la semana,
en el cual se trata de un excelente
fullbody, lleno de mucha energía y acondicionamiento, trabaje durante 4 series de 20 repeticiones, en esta rutina realice ejercicios básicos, que tuvo enfoque en mi tren superior, inferior, y abdominal, recomiendo realizar un breve calentamiento antes de entrenar y mantener una alimentación balanceada, sin mas que agregar entrenemos.


Happy Saturday full sports community, today I want to share last routine of the week, which is an excellent
full body, full of lots of energy and conditioning, I worked for 4 sets of 20 repetitions, in this routine I performed basic exercises, which had focus on my upper, lower, and abdominal train, I recommend a brief warm up before training and maintain a balanced diet, without more to add let's train.
