Saludos queridos amigos de full deportes, en el día de hoy quiero compartir una rutina sin peso, pero muy intensa que te ayudara acondicionar todo tu cuerpo, fortalecer tus músculos y mantener una excelente resistencia, esta rutina la realice en 4 series de 20 repeticiones realice movimientos básicos como estocadas con variantes, sentadillas con desplazamiento, y planchas, cada ejercicio esta enfocados para cada músculo de mi cuerpo, los invito a disfrutar de mi rutina y espero que les guste.


Greetings dear friends of full sports, today I want to share a routine without weight, but very intense that will help you condition your whole body, strengthen your muscles and maintain excellent endurance, this routine was performed in 4 sets of 20 repetitions perform basic movements such as lunges with variations, squats with displacement, and planks, each exercise is focused for each muscle in my body, I invite you to enjoy my routine and I hope you like it.
