Abdominales de fuego. /💪🔥💪Fire abs.
Happy Saturday dear community of full sports, in this new day I have the pleasure to share an excellent workout to tone and burn fat in the abdominal area, perform several sit-ups with several variations, in a span of 3 sets of 30 repetitions, it was a very intense routine, but with a main objective is to strengthen my abdomen, I invite you to see the whole routine I hope you like it.
Rutina./ Routine.
Primer ejercicio, realice patada frontal, consiste en elevar el torso y comenzar a deslizar las piernas hacia adelante con fuerza y de manera coordinada, este movimiento lo realice en 3 series de 30 repeticiones.
First exercise, perform front kick, it consists of raising the torso and start sliding the legs forward with strength and in a coordinated manner, this movement was performed in 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
Segundo ejercicio, realice escalador lateral buenismo movimiento para trabajar los laterales, oblicuos lo realice en 3 serie de 30 repeticiones en ambos lados.
Second exercise, perform lateral climber, this is a good movement to work the lateral and oblique muscles, perform it in 3 series of 30 repetitions on both sides.
Tercer ejercicio, realice vela con mis hombros elevados, movimiento completo perfecto para trabajar el abdomen, lo realice en 3 series de 30 repeticiones.
Third exercise, perform sail with my shoulders elevated, perfect complete movement to work the abdomen, I did it in 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
Cuarto ejercicio, realice elevación de piernas en 2 toques primero eleve las dos piernas y luego una por una, este ejercicio lo realice en 3 serie de 30 repeticiones.
Fourth exercise, perform leg lifts in 2 touches, first lift both legs and then one by one, this exercise was performed in 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
Quinto ejercicio, realice empuje de piernas en 2 toques primero las 2 piernas, luego una por una, lo realice con mi torso elevado manteniendo mi abdomen comprimido, lo realice en 3 series de 30 repeticiones.
Fifth exercise, perform leg thrust in 2 touches first the 2 legs, then one by one, I did it with my torso elevated keeping my abdomen compressed, I did it in 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
