Coming back home from jogging can be tiring, but it also feels invigorating to the spirit because my body went through a state of excitement that is full of energy.
That's why I'm always eager to go for a jog whenever time permits. Even though I'm mentally tired, I know my body isn't, so I still go out and run. While running, my mind usually shuts off and enters a resting period, so it doesn't really matter if my brain is tired or not. I've just been sitting all day, so my body needs to burn those extra calories away.
Today's activities got me a total of 10,355 steps! Awesome!
