My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2022

Push up day today and I managed to do 5 sets of 20reps. 5K+ daily target steps reached as well.
So far, my knees are ok not hurt as before. May be because I reduced the target steps or I jog more correctly?

Yes.. before I usually had knee pain after running for like 7km, so I tried to test with some running/jogging forms. Some of the form made it worse even for less than 1 hr of jogging !LOLZ. I think I am having not a very bad form lately, but I am not very sure because I haven't been making a long run. Just stick to jogging. !BEER

What do you mean with running / jogging forms you've been testing?
For me even jogging is out of the question with the pain I'm experiencing . I think I'll have to contactthe fysiotherapist again. because this isn't going the right way :-( !LUV !BBH

I don't know how to explain. I think the way I used to step is not right, the way I use my leg and glute muscles is not right that I am having knee pain after some time. So, I tried different forms of steps so that it has less effect on my knees. !BEER
