I Am Alive Challenge : October 19 2024

Weekends with low step counts. It's gonna feel like a weekend for a week since I'm on leave. I have to intentionally go for walks or I might not even get the minimum step count for an actifit reward. I don't wanna do anything less than 5k steps come what may. All's well here and happy to be alive and well.

It's a vacation from work. Wanted it in December but my boss has scheduled his in December too so not possible.
