What Went Wrong?
• Focus was a bit off, making it harder to stay productive and organized.
• Struggled to prioritize work effectively, leading to delays in some tasks.
• Unable to work out due to a health concern, which impacted my physical routine and energy levels.
How Will I Improve?
• Limit time on social media to improve focus and productivity, as it can be a major distraction.
• Work on blocking off time for tasks and sticking to schedules to improve work prioritization.
• Gradually adjust to working out again as my health improves, aiming to ease back into a routine when possible.
