My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2025
Last week was so enjoyable even though I did not meet the goals that I set out for myself. I love the fact that I got things done. I got more done than I have in several weeks. I need to of course be gentle on myself as I ease into my work and find my rhythm which will eventually get me to where I want to be with the speed.
Haven't had the motivation to work on hobby stuff lately, but proud of myself for staying consistent with the exercise. Left some(read- substantial amount of) work pending from the day before and had to complete it which delayed the work that was supposed to be done at today.
Goals For This Week:
No eating out M-F unless it is an important event or needed. No "fun" plans to eat out just because.
No eating out twice in a weekend.
I want to enjoy eating out and make an event out of it and not feel stuffed afterwards. Hence, I am trying to get into habit of eating out occasionally vs often.
