My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2024

So, instead seeing failures as opportunities to explore our blindspots we see them as a "Factual reflection and statement" about ourselves. As, let's be honest counter to that is true too, people on the giving end of this judgement of comparison cycle does feel good about themselves doing so.

I had to realise there would always be people better than me, so what matters is "Am I getting better than myself" from yesterday. I never believed that I could be good at problem solving, I ignored my potential and life in this stuff, weirdly enough, it was the comparison keeping me from even trying my best. Now, that I have stopped comparing to the best of abilities, it always works. I never thought I could be weak in english, guess what I had a lot to learn. I never thought I could be stronger in higher mathematics guess what I'm getting good at it.

In truth, I never believed that I could, in truth I have the regret of listening to my environment and not trying things my way.
So, first learn to listen to yourself.

Our psyche does need something to leverage and compare to measure itself for growth and that's where you come in, "Write down everything you want to be as well as the skills you lack in the path of becoming that" and compare yourself to your yesterday "self" everyday and see how much you have grown, while instead of judging and penalizing yourself, try to love and help it grow "Like your past self is your child that you are helping grow", would you be so emotionally cruel to your child, Foster that nurturing side of you and the need for other's validation would almost disappear, you will become your own driving force and would surpass everyone seeking others for validation & to look down upon.

Emotional problems can't be directly fixed by straight logic, you require higher vibration of emotions to shine in your light.
