a day late cooldown | October 2021 running stats
Sunday, October 31st. A day after the long walk in the park.
It was a full day and we came home late in the afternoon. Immediately I went out on a short run. It was dark already when I reached the turning point in the Magpie's Valley. Running back home was a familiar sensation with the headlamp turned on.
