Apnea session in Tivoli
ervin-lemark just finished a 0.95km swim, that lasted for 60 minutes.
This swim helped ervin-lemark burn 294.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
My first Wednesday evening session of Apnea in the Tivoli pool. I asked the club to change the time and place of trainings, from Monday morning to Wednesday evening. That will give me the opportunity to prolong weekend skiing trips into Monday.
How was it? Good enough. Lunch was too late, at 6 pm, and three hours in between is not enough for the indigestion process to do its work. So I tried to get it easy for the first half of the session. It was mostly breaststroke anyways which is my worst technique.
Then the fun started with freestyle and dolphin lenghts, mostly under water. At the end, I managed to put together 40 meters of underwater dolphin swim with hands extended. Satisfied.
38 lenghts of the 25 meters pool in total, 950 meters. Two lenghts shy of the kilometer. We end at 10 pm and need to exit the pool since these are the last sessions of the day.
Next week, the last training of the year 2023. I am looking forward to it.
better and better

Hello dear friend @ervin-lemark good morning
I have always admired your commitment to your physical health, how great that you are doing this training in the pool.
Congratulations on your achievements.
Have a great day
Dolphin length is quite crazy
That’s awesome
I’m glad you’re having fun
Thanks a lot. Well, it's not the real dolphin style. It's underwater variation with arms extended or on your back and with short fins. Much easier than the proper arm movement.
