Saludos amigos de #SWC y Actifit. Como les comente hace un reporte atrás, me encuentro lesionado del hombro hace varias semanas. Un poco estresado y ansioso por poder entrenar sin este dolor tan incomodo, me pude dar cuenta que sin importar cuanto tiempo de reposo haga, el dolor no termina de desaparecer por completo, solo de forma parcial. Siguiendo algunas recomendaciones de amigos fisioterapeutas y algunos que conocen sobre el tema, me indicaron que le hiciera movilidad al hombro. Era lo único que podía hacer así que me puse manos a la obra, y voy a estar realizando esta rutina que les estoy compartiendo por acá. La rutina es simple, consta de 3 partes: 1)Calentamiento. 2)Movilidad. 3)Flexibilidad. Además de realizar esta rutina para recuperarme de mi lesión, también será como rutina cotidiana, ya que al darme cuenta lo importante y vital que es tener siempre el cuerpo y las articulaciones fortalecidas y bien optimas para cada entrenamiento. Greetings friends of #SWC and Actifit. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I've had a shoulder injury for several weeks now. A little stressed and anxious to be able to train without this uncomfortable pain, I realized that no matter how much rest I do, the pain does not disappear completely, only partially. Following some recommendations from physiotherapist friends and some who know about the subject, they told me to make the shoulder mobile. It was the only thing I could do so I got down to work, and I will be doing this routine that I am sharing here. The routine is simple, it consists of 3 parts: 1) Warm up. 2) Mobility. 3)Flexibility. In addition to performing this routine to recover from my injury, it will also be as a daily routine, since I realize how important and vital it is to always have the body and joints strengthened and well optimized for each workout. So I recommend and invite you to try it, I hope you like it and that it will be very useful. Let's go for more!
