Short report card for me today! I did manage my 10,000 steps goal thankfully I was extremely fatigued and sore from gym this week. So i took a break off to just sleep and relax instead of going again this morning, tomorrow is busy for me so i’m not sure I’ll go either but fresh for monday.

10k steps are amazing, I used travel a lot. But now I am lazy
I did much better with my fitness last year so I'm pushing to get back on track if possible 😂
