Drop Bear gym

I have been training for 20 years. I gained my Certificate III & IV in Fitness at TAFE NSW in 2015 and I have enjoyed being a Personal Trainer ever since. I am passionate about helping people unleash and achieve their fitness goals whether it be weight loss, building quality muscle, improving strength or just some needed help with form and motivation. I am very diverse in my ways of training for you to achieve your goals.
