Begin with a gentle neck stretch, tilting your head side to side, then move on to shoulder rolls. Continue with arm stretches, reaching towards the sky and then behind your back. Don't forget your legs – try touching your toes or doing knee-to-chest stretches. Hold each stretch for about 15-30 seconds and repeat. These morning stretches promote blood flow, reduce stiffness, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
