평지에서 30분 이상 걷는 유산소 운동은 필요하다. 그런데 요즘에는 다리의 근력을 향상시키는 운동이 추가로 필요하다. 이를 위해 요즘에는 계단 오르기를 하고 있다. 최근에는 1층부터 십몇층까지 올라가는 게 예전보다 덜 힘들다. 다리 근력이 향상된 것이라 생각한다. 꾸준히 운동한 효과가 아닐까? 앞으로 다리 근력을 더 향상시키기 위해 계단 오르기를 계속 할 예정이다.
