The companies I work with are already in the process of the end of the year, and in addition, the three-year contract with one partner is coming to an end. For these reasons, work is completely crazy these days which leaves me very little time and energy for sports activities. I've been skipping a lot of workouts, so today I squeezed in a pretty easy one to de-stress a bit. An hour of easy kilometers with a slightly stronger finish.
