Afternoon Run - 8km (taking it easy)

Description from Strava: Just a short post, about a short run. Not really feeling it today, and to be honest, I've been feeling grumpy most of the day. I think its mostly down to tiredness, and as such I'll be taking a early night tonight.
The typical monday run should've been 16-18km, but I just didn't fancy it tonight. I did need to post an urgent letter to my partner, so that at least got me out of the house after I finished work. I only had 15 minutes to get to the Post Office before it closed so I needed to run.
And while there I popped into the co-op next door for milk and bread as I had managed to forget these essentials on my recent trip to the shops.
I carried them home (while running) and after I dropped them of at home, I then headed out to do a quick 6km run up the bypass and back.
8km altogether, that will do for today.
I've just finished getting my stuff ready for work in the office tomorrow, and then after I post this I'll be heading to bed.
I think a much needed day of rest is in order tomorrow, and then I'll see how I feel on Wednesday...
