Day 2327 | Fourty-Day-Fitness

Monday was a pretty active day also because I aim to make it into a 40-Day-Fitness challenge doing 100 Push ups every day while keeping up my regular activity and most of all watch my food intake. This should get my weight down again quite a but and fully heal my skin which overall hasn't been that bad for a while as I have been joining hot yoga classes.
I started out with an hour of tennis as someone I used to play with called because their partner couldn't play. That was pretty fun and even though I expected it to be a low workout I ended up sweating quite a bit. In the afternoon I took a nap and ended up getting in some productivity while just eating a smoothie and in the early evening I joined a 90-Minute Hot yoga class followed by watching some tv and cleaning my appartment before going to bed. I also did my 50+50 press exercises.

New Day Goals: I stayed in bed sleeping quite late but I do aim to still go for a swim and also do a dog walk in the evening. The Press reps I also will do once again.
