Day 1769 | Yoga, Football, & Eating


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a mixed day as I went to another lunchbreak Hot Yoga session and things are going quite good when it came down to my football betting. However, my eating has been horrible again and I need to fix that as I continue to gain weight and 73kg seems to be my new normal whole I swore never to go past 70kg again after coming down from 80kg+ many years ago to 60k-64kg on average .


Daily Food Journal
I ate bread, lasagna and also some cookies.

Today GoalsFocus will once again be on football and I aim to continue a good streak while at the same time not going crazy on my food intake.
